A variety of options are available to finish tube. To suit changing product mixes and an increasing need for flexible production, MRB Schumag offers the following:
SAW TABLE
Straight lengths of tube are cut into multiple lengths without the need to slow down the finishing process. This unit can be used for both copper tube and plastic-coated copper tube.
PURGE & PLUG LINE
The purge & plug line offers a fully automatic system of handling and sorting tubes; purging them, and plugging the ends. Linking to customers desired nitrogen purging and pressurisation systems, the line offers a fast way to finish clean and pure tubes. Tubes are then counted, collected and taped into bundles in a fully automated process, controlled through user-friendly software.
MASTER BUNDLER
Master bundler’s receive mini bundles from various finishing lines, automatically count and form them into a round master bundle, before passing them through a strapping machine and transferring the finished master bundle to a storage area.
